First time to your shop today. Schedules finally permitting it to be. It honestly felt like going home after being away for many years. I really enjoyed the energies that were present there. Hello all. I, my wife and two little ones attended the first Yoga session last
night at Truely Unique. We all had an enjoyable time and are excited
about next week's session. Our instructor, Courtney, did a fine job for sure and I can't wait to
see what she has planned for us next week. I, personally, felt so much stress from the day's toil and plan on
implementing these techniques into my daily life. My little ones were
very certain that it helped them forget all the troubles of school.
That's a relief for myself and the wife, for sure. Again, thanks to Courtney for doing a great job and Kay for providing
a place for it to happen. And the tea afterward was simply delicious. If you couldn't make it last night, please come out next week, if not
to let your troubles ease, but to enjoy good company with good people. See everyone Saturday for the meeting. - Chris
