Our Community Events Jan 2026

Every Tuesdays and Thursdays 4 PM to 5 PM:  Let your art out! Painting Ceramics: Kettle Spot Ceramics.

Come in and buy bisque piece or statue to take home and paint. Or you may come in pick your pieces and paint yourself you’d like to glaze your pottery.

Every Friday All day: Chakra Healing/Balancing with Darlene. Come in and refresh yourself.  Balancing with  tuning forks, crystals, and/or Reiki energy are used to help clear and balance the energy of the 7 main chakras. A thirty-minute session is $30.00.  Also available is a chakra oracle reading session that can focus on a specific chakra. Approximately 10 minutes for $5.00 per Oracle card.  Darlene is a Reiki master/teacher with a chakra certification and 30 years of experience in healing energy.  Email dcandrey@hotmail.com  

Saturday January 24 1 to 5 PM: Stitch and Bitch Gathering. Do you need one little stitch? Do you need friends to tell you what to do with your yarn? Back from last year’s event calendar it is Stitch and Bitch. Pack your needlepoint, your patches and your embroidery and come sit in our comfy family room to socialize.  Free!

Saturday January 31, 1 to 4PM Game Day: Cards against Humanity. Shop Rules everyone gets 7 cards, first person to 5 black cards wins. If too many people show, we’ll split into groups! Free!

This month is the Magick of Cleansing!

We have items for cleansing the house, yourself and to clear the spiritual side of you.

All statues are 25% off

Finished ceramics are 25% off

All cleaning brushes are 10% off

And a variety of other cleansing items are marked down in the store.

We have Bug- off lotion, and incense for the summer outings.

Remember if you pay with cash, you get 10% off of your entire order. Watch for our daily, weekly specials.

Kettle Spot Ceramics at Truely Unique

Kettle Spot recently acquired Toisnot Ceramics! Watch for changes monthly at Truely Unique.   We will start weekly ceramic painting and firing. You may come in and buy bisque piece or statue to take home and paint. Or you may come in pick your pieces and paint here.  Ceramics on display at Truely Unique are ready to paint with any acrylic you’d like and if you’d like to store them outside you can use spray acrylic paint to seal them from weather. If you’d like to glaze your pottery we have 2 kilns to seal your pieces.

Tickets will be sold for Tuesdays and Thursday Evenings, in which for $20.00 dollars you’ll be allotted a 2.5-hour, paint period. All pieces priced with $20.00 dollar ticket in mind, liability waiver required.  We supply the paint and sealer if you buy a ticket. Feel free to paint a collection of small pieces or one big ones, since the shop is after hours; please bring your own snacks. 

Kettle Spot has always valued putting community first, and given the mission of Kettle Spot to provide plastic free options, it seems the best way to fight plastic statuary is allow the public to paint their own.

Come by and see what pottery and ceramics we have to purchase and paint.

Wednesday June 11th all day: Stress free coloring day: We supply all of the tools, just bring your mind and relax. All ages welcome. Sponsored by Midnight Book Club.

Saturday, June 14th 1 PM: Spiritual Day Out: FREE event. Join like-minded people with interest gathering and discussing spiritual interest and more. 1 PM This month a look at the stars and moon magic.

Saturday June 14th 3 PM: Vendors meeting. Local Artist and Vendors come together to strategize best efforts for success whether consigning in the shop or vending at events, let’s unite. A portion of this meeting will be dedicated to monthly spotlights in the newsletter as well as creating an effort to advertise publicly in town. This meeting will go over shop procedure, marketing products for the year, and allow new vendors to participate. Bring your Qs; we’ll bring the As. Contact Sam for more info and to be included. Endless Hwy 301 Yard Sale: June 20th and 21st: 8 AM to 1 PM (both days). Come find your treasures; new, used, slightly dented, find your prizes here, and support your local artist and visit and buy from their booths. Sign up for a booth before they run out.
